Video Tapes
$20 / tape
I convert VHS, VHS-C, MiniDV, & Hi8 tapes at $20 per tape. Your tapes will be converted into .mp4 files.

Film Reels
$30 / 3″ reel
I convert 8mm film (no audio) at $30 per 3″ reel, $40 per 5″ reel, & $50 per 7″ reel. Your films will be converted into .mp4 files.

Photos
40¢ / print 60¢ / film image
Printed photos are 40¢ each. Developed negatives and positives are 60¢ per image, whether in film strips or mounted slides. Please remove prints from albums and keep all items free of debris.

Discs, SD Cards & Floppy Disks
$5 / item
Transfer DVDs, CDs, SD cards, and floppy disks to your thumb drive, or make a new DVD from your digitized media, for $5 per item.

From my family to yours.
Following graduation from Florida State University, I lived with my grandparents for a short period of time leading up to my wedding. While living with them, I was astounded by the decades of memories in the form of prints and film that were collecting dust in shoeboxes. I decided to help preserve their memories and digitized thousands of photos and hours of video to help preserve their legacy. It is now my mission to help more families tackle this important task of converting their analog memories to digital!

01 / ORGANIZE & CONTACT
Let's make a plan.
Text 850-391-8447 with a one-hour window you’re available to swing by. Drop-offs are available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. The exact address near Leon High School will be provided once your drop-off window has been confirmed.
02 / DROP-OFF
Leave it with Derek.
Drop off your items within your scheduled one-hour window. Most jobs take 1–2 weeks, depending on size. No payment is due at drop-off.
03 / PICK-UP
Bring the memories home.
I’ll text you your invoice when your memories are ready. We’ll arrange a one-hour pickup window for you to collect your originals and digital thumb drive. Pay by cash, check, tap-to-pay card, or Venmo.

Where do I drop off my items?
At my home office near Leon High School in Tallahassee. I’ll send the exact address once your drop-off window has been confirmed.
How long does digitization take?
Most jobs take 1–2 weeks, depending on size. I’ll text you when your items are ready for pickup.
What do I receive?
Your originals, plus a thumb drive with digital copies of all your media.
When and how do I pay?
No payment is due at drop-off. I’ll text you an invoice when your digitization is complete. You can pay at pickup by cash, check, tap-to-pay card, or Venmo.
How should I prepare my photos?
Photos must be removed from books and free from any debris that could damage the scanning equipment.
